Susan Ulsamer

I received my M.A. in Forensic Psychology in 2006.  Since then, I have taught undergraduate Psychology, been a Department of Defense civilian and contractor, a volunteer victim advocate, a consultant for healthcare litigation and a Mitigation Specialist supporting Public Defenders in Major Crimes.  In my time as a Mitigation Specialist, I have been part of many cases that have resulted in downward departure or life over death.  I look forward to helping you and your client with your case.
